We discuss ways to find wellness in our lives while we deal with medications, therapists and stigma that are directly related to our illness. We are here to talk about our illness.


How it affects our life. The challenges we face, the ups and downs, the medications merry-go-round, the therapy, relationships, family dynamics, the euphoric mania's, the turmoil of depression and everything in between.

What are you doing to make your life managable. Sharing information, passing on what you know. Getting support from others in the group. Learning and getting answers.

Off topic discussions are always welcome. We also deal with other issues such as thyroid conditions, substance abuse, pain issues and so much more.

Living with a mental illness disorder is never easy. Sometimes we are alone in our struggle. We want to find someone who shares our thoughts, someone who knows what we have been through. Perhaps this is the place.
