Greetings, Laura and ken, and congrats on your newest one! :)

Religion isn't going to be an issue on this list, just so no one feels
uncomfortable ( I'm an atheist myself.

I have just started using this method, as I have health probs with
hormonal methods and am allergic to latex.

Also, I like this as it gets me in tune with my body, which can't be a
bad thing.

I hope we can get chatting and get to learn more about this method,
together.

Do you have a Billings teacher?
