Greetings Esther! I am a 31 year old mom of four. The chart I use is from
couple to couple league: You can find the chart at
www.ccli.org/free/index.shtml. It is a free download. It may not be
exactly what your looking for but it has been my favorite so far. Although
I don't agree with a lot of couple to couple doctrine, they have a ton of
information that is helpful. They more you understand, the easier it is to
use NFP. Hope this is helpful.
