Re: [Billings] Newbie

Natalie,
Not that I am the one to answer this (I have just finished my first month
off the Pill myself), but I will try to tell you what I think I figured out
from my Billings book. I am pretty sure that it will take some time for
your body to straighten out (same with getting off the Pill - your hormones
are still not at "regular" levels) So this is what I have done - tried my
best to chart each day, but knowing that I may not be fertile at all(in the
book there is a basic infertile pattern(continual dry days or continual
mucous days). Also, I have followed the pattern of only having marital
relations at night, to be sure that if mucous suddenly appeared the next
day, I would be sure it was fertility and not just "leftover" (that's gross
but you get the picture).
I think the only other thing I could suggest would be to try natural
progesterone(Progena, Endocream are some good brands that I know of). This
will naturally even out your hormone levels, as well as many other benefits
resulting from that.

Blessings(I am certainly right there with you on the "have no idea what your
body is doing")
Amanda

Natalie, WOW! You sound just like me! I also have 4. They are 8, 6, 3 and 1 as of March 1st. I just started charting again. Actually, it has been just a week....
