I am new to this list and have been using the Billings Method for
about 15 years. It always seemed to work great for me. I just
became pregnant for the first time -- it was planned. I feel really
grateful to have access to this birth control method. For you folks
out there who are just learning, I encourage you to be patient with
yourself and to stick with it! I also recommend buying the book
THE BILLINGS METHOD by Dr. Evelyn Billings & her husband.
The book can answer most of your questions. Not all bookstores
stock it, but you can special order it, or you can get it easily from
an online bookseller such as Amazon.
