you can pray all you like, good wishes never do anyone any harm, last I
checked :)

I don't know of any other nonChristians other than myself who use this
method, as I do not use it for moral reasons, but for health ones.

Did your teacher tell you to abstain the first month using this? Mine
did...ugh!
