It must of gotten warm and then cool again. i.e. Maybe they were in
the sun or were warmed up by the summer heat???

I haven't worked with that kind of wax- not sure if I ever want to- but shea butter sure can go grainy I think. But usually you know right away IME with ...

Yep, thats right... thats why I know this. We produce and ship all over the world from Bali Indonesia, a balmy 90 in the day and a refreshingly cool 80 degrees...

Thanks, that helps. The grains are pretty hard to melt, which is why I am thinking that it might be the calendilla wax. That stuff is really hard to melt in...

are you against beeswax?it has a lower melting point. or what about the other wax ... I never use it, carnauba- but I think it has a hi melt point also.. ...
