Sounds like you have had quite a time of pain and frustration. Don't let
that get you down, 100 pounds is so awsome, I live in Pleasanton and just
had my band surgery in October and have only lost 15 pounds so far, but am
encouraged that I finally found something that would help me. I have been on
every weight loss program and for the last few years, nothing has worked
until now. So, don't get discouraged, you can still walk around the block or
I know Paola must have a gym of some kind, just get on the treadmill for a
short time. I live pretty close to you, email me back and maybe we could
meet for lunch on a weekend, I work all week, I want to know how you lost
the first 100. You help me and hopefully I can help you. Linda
