Description

"Many are called but few are chosen."

If you are reading these words, we believe God led you here to our wonderful support, education, and prayer group for Christians who have bipolar loved ones, but are NOT THEMSELVES BIPOLAR.

To learn more about the group, click the link to our website at the bottom of this page.

Few of the many people who apply for membership in our group are accepted, because most apply for membership without reading the instructions on this page. Only those who demonstrate the willingness to read these instructions are considered to have a serious enough interest in support to be approved for membership.

PLEASE DO NOT CLICK "JOIN" BEFORE READING THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW; OTHERWISE YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE REJECTED AND YOU MUST REAPPLY.
_________________________

TO BE APPROVED FOR MEMBERSHIP: JOT DOWN A REMINDER OF THE THREE (3) STEPS BELOW, so you will remember what to write in the (one, single) box that will appear when you click JOIN.

1) Write the word "AGREE" to indicate you agree to the 5 posting guidelines (BELOW).

2) A brief *DESCRIPTION* of your situation.

3) Your *NAME* (can be first name only).

** POSTING GUIDELINES; PLEASE READ **

1. We are a doctrinally diverse group. We focus on giving and receiving spiritual support, and avoid onlist doctrinal discussions or controversial religious topics.

2. We are committed to helping one another establish healthy, protective Christian boundaries for ourselves and our children, and in so doing help our bipolar loved one to make better choices.

3. Posts should be related to bipolar disorder, except for discussion of major life challenges/changes.

4. We recognize that Bipolar Disorder is an illness with pharmacological, psychological, and spiritual solutions.

5. Our group is for those who have bipolar loved ones, but ARE NOT THEMSELVES BIPOLAR. A Yahoo group for Christian bipolars is Hope_4_You, but a Google search will turn up many more.
