I agree completely, Karen! I loved hearing Ina May's sentiment "Your body is
not a lemon" echoed in your play!

Three of the most important things I tell my students come directly from Ina
May:
1) that their bodies are not lemons
2) sphincter law
3) the jaw needs to be loose for the bottom to be loose.

I am a big proponent of the horse raspberries sound (like a horse blowing
out in that blubbering way they do). I have all my moms practice that, and I
found it very helpful when I gave birth in July!

I have read each of Ina May's books at least three times through and I can't
wait for our discussion!
