In fact Jehovah's Witnesses are not against organ donation and
transplantation.
This is because all free blood is perfused (flushed) out of all donated
organs.
Recently, in the USA, a Jehovah's Witness had a bloodless liver transplant.

Well this is certainly news to me that the removal of blood is sufficient to
meet the requirements of Jehovah's Witnesses, thanks for the info and sorry
for spreading incorrect info.

This might now be true of Jehovah's Witnesses, I, read about the bloodless
transplants, but it is only recently, I was on dialysis with a Jehovah's
Whiteness who wouldn't have a transplant because of the blood problem, he
died three years ago.

I thought that dialysis was also out for Jehovah's Witnesses, due to the
fact that blood leaves the body and then returned, but I am obviously wrong
on that too. Could someone please tell me the beliefs of Jehovah's Witnesses
in relation to medical and surgical treatments?
