Our seventh grade class at Vailsburg Middle School is working on a
school project to promote healthy living and getting the word out
about organ donation and transplantation. My students would very
much like to find a real person to cheer up. It would add
authenticity to our project and our children would learn a lot about
the joy of giving and generosity. We would like do something to
encourage a child who is waiting for a transplant or has had a
transplant. We could send ecards and a package of some kind to
encourage and cheer up this child but we need to know how to find
students in such situations. Does anyone have any ideas? Our students
would be able to send emails but we need parent's email addresses.
