Hello!! You are a hero in amking that decision of
donating ur kidney to someone u don't know. :) I've
had a kidney transplant lately. The donor is my Mom.
However, unfortunately, after 22 days of the
transplant, there was blood clot and the new kidney
has to be removed.
During my stay in US, I met a gal like u, donating her
kidney to her best friend. It is legal in US. May be u
can take US as ur consideration. I admire the gal's
courage and her eagerness to save her best friend.
It's really touching.
I've resumed my dialysis right after the kidney was
taken. Now I'm arranging to have 2nd transplant in
China.
