Provided age restrictions are adhered to (eg no under 18 donors without
parental/guardian consent) and the wishes of relatives are respected then I
wouldn't have any personal objections.
I would be concerned about negative publicity should a donation take place
because relatives could not be contacted in time and the relatives have
strong objections to organ/tissue donation. Whenever people have something
they perceive as being "forced" on them, the media generated backlash is
horrendous.
