On 20 March 2002, Mr Tom Watson MP will be introducing a 10 Minute Rule Bill on
Presumed Consent Opt Out.
This is believed to be the, so called, soft version. If a person has not
registered a wish not to be an organ donor then it can be presumed they wished
to be a donor. Should donation be a possibility then the views of the relatives
of the possible donor will be taken into account.
Do you have any views on this attitude or perhaps an alternative approach??
