I'm in the process of giving one of my kidneys to someone I met over
the internet in the USA. I have tried to give it away to someone
here in the UK, but there is so much suspicion that I am trying to
sell my kidney (which I am not) as well as laws that prevent live
unrelated donations, that I could not do it. It's a shame. I look
forward to the day when these laws are changed to allow members of
the public to anonymously donate their kidneys like they can freely
