Hi everyone! My name is Kristan Buege-Miller and I have a 10 yr boy with
Autism. He was diagonised at 18 months. He has been in school since that time.
Early On, PPI (3yrs), OT 7 yrs, Music Therapy 5 yrs, Speech therapy 8 1/2 yrs
and of course all of the in school OT and Speech too! He (mitchell) is going
into regular 4th grade. He does get pulled out for the AI room about 8 to 12
hours per week for one on one teaching. He has a peer group in place in his
classroom that he works with. (No girls! He has issures with girls!) He has
been GF/CF for 8 1/2 yrs we have done ABA at home thru Western Mich Univ. We
have been using Meythel B-12 shots for 2 yrs and we just recently purchase a
HBOT (hyperbaric chamber) we are on our 2nd round of dives.

I am also on the board of MMAA Mid Michigan Autism Association

we are a nonprofit organization made up of a group of parents trying to get
information out to parents, teachers and caregivers about Autism. We have had
some events such as movies at NCG in East Lansing, open free swimming at the
Hannah Center in East Lansing and an event at JUmping Jacks a bouncing place.
