As-Salaamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh

Last Saturday, my wife and I listened to a very
beneficial lecture on PalTalk by our brother, Hasan
As-Sumaalee. It was about raising children and it was
based on a book written by Shaykh Muqbil's daughter,
Umm 'Abdillaah Al-Waadi'iyyah.

I was happy to hear that Hasan will be doing more from
the same book on Saturday, the 25th of January, in
shaa' Allaah. The subject of this talk will be: The
Rights of the Wife Over the Husband. I hope that you
will take advantage of this oppurtunity and attend the
lecture with your family, and I ask Allaah that He
makes it as beneficial as the last one, or even more.

A vindication for the Muslim women, the rights of the
women in marriage explained. Again, the daughter of
Imaam Muqbil Ibn Haadee covers the rights of the wives
upon the husbands, drawing numerous evidences from the
Qur'aan and the Sunnah. Amongst the topics to be
discussed are: not striking the woman in the face
whilst disciplining, the husband should beautify
himself for her as she does for him and many more.
This is a lecture that should not be missed, neither
by the women, nor by the men.
