Shaykh Muhammad ‘Umar Baazmool was asked:

I would like to make hajj, but I am not able to wear an izaar (the lower garment of the two ihraam pieces) without underwear, due to a serious problem I have with my inner thighs. When I do not wear underwear or long johns under my clothes, one thigh rubs the other and causes serious aggravation and pain, so much so that I become unable to walk. So what should I do for hajj or 'umrah?
