Sorry I haven't been around. Pressures of a 16 month old and all.
Just wanted to say we had a fun time at the martial arts workout at
the ABA convention, and had a great turn out despite the early
hour.

My plan to have this be a more audience participation thing, with
people from different style demonstrating and leading us thru
exercises didn't quite work out. A sudden uncharacteristic burst of
shyness among the group. WE had a great tai chi demonstration/lead,
though.

Hope to see you all next year.
