| FAIRLEIGH DICKINSON UNIVERSITY, SCHOOL OF PSYCHOLOGY (ANTICIPATED POSITIONS): 1) Associate/Full Professor and School Director (tenure-track, July 2009). This position carries primary responsibility for administrative oversight of the School of Psychology. Requirements include successful administrative and teaching experience in a similar or related position, a record of research and scholarship commensurate with appointment to a faculty rank of associate or full professor, and evidence of extramural funding. Area of academic expertise is open; however, expertise in an area which is complementary to the School's offerings is preferred. 2) Assistant Professor in Clinical Psychology with a specialty in Clinical Child Psychology (tenure-track, September 2009). This position is for teaching, research and clinical and research supervision of students in the School's APA-accredited Ph.D. program in clinical psychology. The ideal candidate holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from an APA-accredited program with expertise in clinical child psychology. Evidence of or potential for research and scholarly achievement commensurate with the rank of assistant professor is required. Licensure or license-eligibility in NJ is preferred. 3) Assistant Professor in School Psychology (tenure-track, September 2009). This position is for teaching, research and supervision of students in the School's Psy.D. and M.A. programs in school psychology. Requirements include a doctorate in school psychology or a related field, certification as a school psychologist, and experience as a practicing school psychologist. Experience teaching in higher education and a record of scholarship demonstrated by peer-reviewed publications are preferred. Areas of specialization may include consultation, applied research, and assessment and intervention. 4) Assistant Professor in Clinical Psychology with a specialty in Forensic Psychology (tenure-track, September 2009). This position is for teaching, research and clinical and research supervision of students in the School's M.A. program in forensic psychology and the School's APA-accredited Ph.D. program in clinical psychology. The ideal candidate holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from an APA-accredited program with expertise in forensic psychology. Evidence of or potential for research and scholarly achievement commensurate with the rank of assistant professor is required. Licensure or license-eligibility in NJ is preferred, as is familiarity and experience with the training and practice of forensic psychologists. 5) Assistant/Associate Professor in Clinical Psychology with a specialty in Clinical Psychopharmacology (tenure-track, September 2009). This position is for teaching, research and clinical and research supervision of students in the School's APA-accredited Ph.D. program in clinical psychology and postdoctoral M.S. program in clinical psychopharmacology. The ideal candidate holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from an APA-accredited program with expertise in clinical psychopharmacology. Evidence of or potential for research and scholarly achievement (and extramural funding) commensurate with the rank of assistant or associate professor is required.
