i weigh 168 Ibs, will be 26 in may, and stand 4'8"......I've lost 20 Ibs last year....and I've been thinking of ways to avoid excess skin.....I'm planning on getting a workout schedule for me from a personal trainer....b/c i think a personal trainer knows how to develop a schedule without me getting excess skin....or else i would be working out on my own with the way that i want to....but again a personal trainer should know how to avoid excess skin.....what do you guys think?????
