Thanks to all those who have suggested workouts and activities! I have the following proposal:
1) Anyone interested in submitting workouts please notify the SIG (e-mail me) of your intent to do so.
2) Please call your workout, "HSF Activity: {Your title here}." A common prefix will highlight the SIG. Titles might run something like, HSF Activity: Cardiokickboxing; HSF Activity: Karate; HSF Activity: Controlled breathing for relaxation and exercise recovery; etc.
I invite any current member of the group to submit using our name, just please let me know.
Unfortunately, I do not believe that ABA currently has a mechanism for allowing us to distribute such activities across days or times in an organized fashion, so we might end up with two scheduled at the same time.
Everyone interested should submit individually (unless someone can advise me of how my organizing the submissions would help us get them together--I'm afraid I would just be passing on information to ABA that authors are in a better position to submit directly.
If you would like help communicating with other members of the group to organize joint sessions (or to create another symposium), please contact me at Kirkpami@...
Please use this B-fit group to communicate with other members interested in collaborating on activities.
Perhaps those who have submitted workouts can advise us here?
I have heard proposals from Bob Stein and Elise Cooke. Anyone else?
Best,
Michael

I remain interested in a morning meeting that would encompass a few different modalities. Does not matter to me who facilitates it. Mike, is that something you can add into your symposium proposal or should we do it separately?
