yes, anyone who's been reading this list for a while has
certainly heard of these. And, may I add, about a dozen
other things.
Both chlorella and cilantro come up quite frequently.
The FAQ (URL below) has a brief mention of each, I think: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Autism-Mercury/files/Mercury-Autism%

my main thought just now is that I do not have enough time
to comment adequately on this, right now.
I would not recommend that you use either.
Chlorella I think of as the more dangerous of the 2.
Cilantro is "only" as dangerous as all chelation agents are.

A few problems I have heard from Cilantro:
Severe electrical sensitivity where none existeed before, lasting many
years.
Facial paralysis continuing for at this point 2 years.
Dramatic exacerbation of anxiety and psychiatric issues.
Many more. The stuff DOES appear to move mercury in and out of the
brain which makes it VERY DANGEROUS if not used properly.
Unfortunately nobody knows how to do that, especially the people who
claim to know.
Hi. How do you know that Cilantro is moving mercury, what were your
symptoms? Are you talking about fresh cilantro or some other form (ie-
oil, dried leaf)? If there were no symptoms after large amounts of
Cilantro, could it be assumed that there is no mercury? Thanks in
advance. Tina

I've heard of it, chlorella isn't a chelator, both of these have high
adverse reaction rates, there are never any circumstances anyone should
use these in order to avoid "synthetic" drugs.
BTW, alpha lipoic acid (ALA) is a natural and essential part of your
metabolism.
The reactions I had were:-
Extreme nerve ending excitement, loss of power in my muscles where I had
great difficulty moving even out of bed, as well as eye sensitivity to light.
I think that these symptoms were a consequence of moving mercury in an
uncontrolled manner. Cinlatro is a potent mover of mercury.
