It's 100 mg. When I was using it, I just put it on a child's plastic
plate (plastic because it slid around more easily with the spatula)
and used the spatula to divide it into piles--first divided in half
and kept halv-ing the piles until I had the number of piles that I
wanted. Generally we used 10 mg's, so ten piles. I would divide
them into piles all around the plate like numbers on a clock, and
then add the other supp's onto each pile, not being so picky about
amounts as I was picky about dividing the dmsa up. Then I used a
post-it note folded in half--slid the pile onto the post it note,
then funneled it into an empty gelcap and then capped it up. I made
all the capsules for the entire round at one time.
