PJ had the flu starting last weekend, and the diarrhea is never
ending now, stimming is up, etc. We're trying to get his intestines
back to where they were -- we're battling yeast and bacteria.

Someone recommended apple pectin for the diarrhea. Does anybody
know how much to give? I've got 500mg tablets, and an adult dose
per the label is one tablet after a meal. PJ is 30 lbs...

I've heard that "adult dose" is typically figured for someone who weighs 150 lbs. so probably 1/5 of a tablet or 100 mg? Linda S ... PJ had the flu starting...
