When I started chelating my son last year he was 4 1/2
and getting 25mg DMSA. He did very well at this dose.
Then I added 12.5 mg ALA and he started having
behavior problems. After several rounds I decreased
the DMSA to 12.5 mg and he did much better.
Kirkman makes a product that has 12.5mg DMSA and
12.5mg ALA in one capsule. No more splitting caps!!
Makes it much easier and my son still does well on
this dose.
You could also try giving GSE during each round to
help with the yeast.

I agree. I think you should reduce the dosage to about 10mg. If you see no negative reactions then that is a good dose and if you still see negative behaviors...
