One way to keep the solids suspended in the liquid is to add a small
amount of xanthan gum and shake like crazy. This will make the
liquid thick enough to keep the DMSA from settling out. You are only
mixing about 25ml of liquid so a very small amount of Xanthan gum
should keep the DMSA suspended. My guess would be 1/16 to 1/32 tsp
of xanthan gum.

I use the xanthan gum trick while mixing DMSA doses and also to make
our own customized vitamin and mineral liquid mixtures. Small
plastic or glass bottles with lids come in handy for these activities.

BTW... Don't be afraid of xanthan gum. It is found in almost every
GFCF bread or cookie recipe.
