this is what i did with my son: i paired ALA time with a certain sound.
in my case, the alarm in my cellphone.

i did this when he's awake and when he is sleeping, i just put it near
his ear then he wakes up to take his ALA. then he sleeps again. also,
it make me NOT forget his chelation time (i use it all throughout the
3-day chelation, re-adjusting the alarm time right after my son takes
his ALA).

you can use any ringer: the alarm in your watch, kitchen timer, alarm
clock, etc.
