As I count this, I get:
a. number very elevated or very low = 2 [yes-- this means red only]
NORMAL
b. number in middle band = 14 [this means white and green on either side]
ABNORMAL, but just barely so.
c. number above average = 9 [yes-- I counted the same way you did---
anything on the right in red yellow or green areas]
NORMAL
