Julia,

My 7 year old NT son also has a history of eczema which flares up from time
to time. He is also asthmatic. It was very bad a couple of months ago and we
increased his essential fatty acids - I give him 2 capsules of Total EFA a
day, I also rub flaxseed oil into his skin at night before bed.
Also he is now basically gluten and dairy free like his brother and I and I
think that this may have helped as he definately has food
intolerances/associated gut issues. His skin is lovely and clear at the
moment.
