Yes.

Well, he only has 4 or 5 things below the 50th percentile, which does
satisfy one of the counting rules indicating it is quite unlikely this
happened randomly with normal mineral transport. And mercury is one
of the few things that appears to mess mineral transport up.

It doesn't. It only includes RED.
