Re: [Autism-Mercury] 1st round of chelation

We have started our son too(yesterday) on ALA, 9 per dose. I would say wait a
couple of rounds before dosing up. I know it hard not to be patient. I want to
see results asap as well. Best to wait 2 rounds I think.  I am seeing a bit of
calmness in him. Could it be the milk thistle?

I started my daughter on 12.5 ish dose of ALA chelation. I am giving
it

every 3 hours. She has shown no effects - good or bad. Should I increase the

dose next round?

:)

From what I hear, headaches can be from too high a dose. The amount you are saying seems pretty low. I would try upping the vitamin C. How much does he/she...

I get headaches from ALA if I take it too infrequently. I need to take it every 3.5 hours or less. These headaches are different than the fatigue headaches I...

I would keep the dose the same and try some rounds with 3-3.5 hour spacing (even at night). See what happens with headaches and then revisit the dose amount...
