Complete list of sulfur foods?   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #227003 of 272201 |
Does anyone know where I can find a complete list of sulfur foods that
ranks them from low to high?

Ideally, I'd like to find a table for sulfur foods that is similar to
this one that clearly shows foods with low, medium and high salicylate
content:
http://www.pathwaysmed.com/menu/services/Diet/diet400.html

I've found sulfur foods lists out there, including in AI, but none seem
complete. And since I'm not sure I can eliminate all sulfur, I'd like
a clear, concise list like the one above to put on the fridge so I can
make sure I limit sulfur intake especially during chelation.

Thanks,
Monique
