This group is for student midwives in the Austin or Central Texas area, either actively apprenticing or studying through an academic program. The main purpose of this group is to coordinate practice exams and study groups, discuss our experiences as apprentices and academic questions, and getting together just to talk in real life. This forum is for supporting each other and creating an open space to discuss all things related to apprenticeship, including frustration and elation, and as such is open only to practicing student midwives in the Austin area.
