What Atkins food items specifically are you looking for?

If you have a GNC or Vitamin World, they may have some.? I know that Wal*Mart
still carries a few things.? Atkins does not make nearly as many things as they
used to make.

If you are looking for something in particular, let us know and we'll be happy
to try to help you find it.

Most folks find they do better if they focus less on "low carb products" and
more on whole real foods.

The packets are great if you are just using it for coffee or tea, or if you want
to take it with you.

The bulk is?easier if you will be baking or cooking with it.

Personally, I wouldn't use soy flour for anything.? It tastes terrible.

Soy Protein Isolate works in most cases, and tastes better.

can be  substituted. I am going to check it out next time I'm in WM,
as Splenda  can be expensive!

are now carrying their own versions of generic Sucralose so that  you do NOT
have to pay the higher price of buying Splenda.

They are all the same thing, as long as they are Sucralose.

The Altern we got from WallyWorld was $5.46 for 9.7 ounces! ...Now
THAT is expensive tooooo ... but I think it is HALF of what the
Splenda costs.

My GF has a couple of Q's she would like to ask ... one that comes to
mind right now is .... is there any Atkins-friendly flour ?

It is not prohibited, just discouraged. Caffeine is most definitely
not allowed, and any diet sodas consumed must have Splenda as the
sweetener, and must not be counted toward the total daily required
water intake of 64oz. Hope that helps,
