Hey Steph, yes it is extremely tough, I 'am also always on the go but actually
thats a good thing for me because I snack out of boredom so staying extremely
busy eliminates the unnecessary snacking.
My weaknesses are rice and bread I can eat the stuff all day everyday! One
thing that I did to keep me from "cheating" is I got rid of all the things in
the house that I couldn't have and then when buying snacks for the kids I just
brought things for them that I won't eat because I don't like them, it helps a
lot because now when I get that craving I have nothing to turn to but what is in
the house and everything in the house is acceptable on induction. Another thing
that I do is I pack my food every time I leave out then that way I 'm never
hungry or tempted by eating something I shouldn't.
These are the things taht have been working for me I don't know how much I lost
because I haven't weighed myself since I started but I can tell you that this is
day 9 for me and there is a big difference in the fit of my clothes, so after
induction I will weigh myself and we will seeeeee!!
keep up the good work and please share any straegies that you use to help out on
this journey.

Tyra, Wow! We do have a lot in common!!! I am having a
difficult time already! I am on the road a lot and that is when it is the
hardest!! But it will be worth it in the end!!! What are your favorite "bad"
foods?? It was hardest for me to give up snacking.... but it isnt healthy
whether on Atkins or not!

Steph we have so much in common, i just started Atkins today and like you I too
am married with 3 children and I weigh 160 and want to weigh 128, it is so hard
not to cheat especially when you are feeding a family, I hope that we can go
through this journey together and support each other as we accomplish our goals.
