Tyra, Wow! We do have a lot in common!!! I am having a difficult time already! I
am on the road a lot and that is when it is the hardest!! But it will be worth
it in the end!!! What are your favorite "bad" foods?? It was hardest for me to
give up snacking....but it isnt healthy whether on Atkins or not!

Steph we have so much in common, i just started Atkins today and like you I too
am married with 3 children and I weigh 160 and want to weigh 128, it is so hard
not to cheat especially when you are feeding a family, I hope that we can go
through this journey together and support each other as we accomplish our goals.
