Hi Steph,
You have three great reasons to eat healthy and to be a good leader
in their healthy eating.
If you first must cheat, be sure it is a healthy choice. Limit cheese
to 4 oz. a day if that. Always have an available healthy snack.
Bacon, pork medallions, roll-ups like lettuce and turkey, ham....
I wish you well on your newly chosen journey. You can do it!
