Yup... I know I went through it. I lost 20 pounds in the first 2
weeks and then nothing for about a week after that. You have to
remember that you have just done something very drastic to your body
and it's going to need some time to catch up.
I suggest you put the scale away for a few days... Get your tape
measure out and measure EVERYTHING. As much as I hate stalls, I lose
the most inches when the scale is not moving.
Another thing is to make sure you are watching your carb intake.
Under 40g's a day is best. Too many carbs can also stall weightloss.
Since you've been incorporating walking, maybe try adding some really
light hand weights or the kind that wrap around your ankles for some
extra resistance. You are still early out so definately go easy on
yourself!
You're off to a great start! Just take it one day at a time and the
weight will start to come off!!!
