Hi everyone, I just thought I would jump in.  Sorry, but glad to hear that I am not alone with the eating thing.  It just seems that I am making all kind of wrong choices.  Not sure if it is a true stall or just bad habits creeping in, but I have lost and gained the same three pounds for two weeks now.  Sure would like to hit 100lbs lost before Thanksgiving.  I'll root for you Lisa!!!

The last 2 months have been awful for me. I havent been able to get ahold of my eating. I wish I didnt love food so much, ya know? Ive gone up and down..toggled back and forth with the same 5 lbs...not making any progress at all. I know its not a stall...I havent had one of those at all.  I just sometimes eat too much and all the wrong foods. Today has been a good day. Ive done really well. I was lucky that last week I actually lost 2 lbs..Im hoping that I can lose some this week. Im really trying. At this rate, Im not going to make my goal of 100 lbs lost by Thanksgiving. Thats so depressing..but Im still in the running. Ive got 17 lbs to go. If I try really hard, I might be able to do it...or at least get really close.. I gotta do this..thats for sure.. so sick of being in the 300 lb range..
