I hear you Anita! I was whining about it and my Husband said....do you not realized you have lost 78 lbs! You look amazing! Just chill out and it will happen! I needed to hear that....but I think we are so programmed to fail....its like...here we go again....I'm going to gain all this back and more!  Yes our brains are very hard to "reprogram"! Keep it up!
