I hear you Anita! I was whining about it and my Husband said....do you not realized you have lost 78 lbs! You look amazing! Just chill out and it will happen! I needed to hear that....but I think we are so programmed to fail....its like...here we go again....I'm going to gain all this back and more! Yes our brains are very hard to "reprogram"!

My surgery was on July 11 and this week was also my first time not
losing. Its funny, how I reacted, it was like OMG, that's it, that's
all I'm going to lose, another failed attempt..... .
I have to tell my brain to shut the F up, and just keep doing what I'm
doing. We are not the only ones in the world who have stalled.
But i do hate it!
