Hi and thanks for replying. I am not a carb junkie any more. I
haven't been in years. I know they love me. I am taking in more
than a strict Atkin's but it still isn't much. I watch them, but
know that right now my focus is on protein and water. And I agree -
they are too easy to get in. I am amazed at how fast they add up. I
pay enough attention to them to forego the cereal and milk. I want
the fiber and it is good cereal (Special K) but I can not to all the
carbs between the milk and cereal so I have been mixing it with
yogurt instead. Lot less carbs and more protein. Thick crunchy
cereal is....different...but it really isn't bad.
