Yeah, Lisa. I kind of figured ppl may, but people do what they feel
they need to. I often think of them (that one and others) as the
Wizards of VSG. Write a book already!! LOL!!
I will not be one to jump at the opportunity to scold or be
defensive. It does prevent me from posting much though. I do have
to say I have notice that has calmed down a bit.
I am getting to the point where either my taste buds are changing or
I have had my fill of the same ol stuff. I was all excited about
this tilapia I made. It tastes like lake water to me. That may be
because I've at a lot of tuna & salmon since I could have it.
I am going to have some watermelon, but I won't post it on OH. I'll
be lynched!! hee, hee
Thanks for the reassurance that I am not totally off mark here!

with too few carbs.. our body needs a healthy amount of both! thats
the key to figuring this out..to being able to adjust to this new way
of eating...eating healthy, learning about good carbs, bad
carbs...good protein, bad protein...etc, etc..

say..Just do what is right for you...ur body will tell u.... The only
real advice i have for you is to not let urself get into a rut...vary
up ur "diet" from day to day...so that ur body doesnt get used to one
thing and stall on u.....for instance, one day, get 800 calories, the
next day, do 850, then drop back down to 825....see what Im saying?
Im not saying do those numbers exactly...it was just an example.. I
dont get the same number of calories, carbs, proteins, etc...from day
to day... Im almost 5 months out and havent yet had a stall.. Ive had
a cpl weeks that I gained..but that was completely what I was
eating... Ive not always made good choices...its been really hard to
learn to eat differently... Im a junk food eater...have been for 40
yrs...so its gonna take some time to get used to not eating it as
often...and nope, I havent given it up...and Im not going to.. but
Ive learned
