Hi Cindy!
When I stalled so early (starting 7 days out and only lost 8 lbs for
the rest of the month), I asked about carbs and the NUT said not to
worry. That no matter how much I got in, my calorie intake was still
too low (under 400/day) for them to have a gaining affect on my
weight. When I called, I was 4 weeks out. After posting this topic I
went and added my carbs up and I was getting less than 30 - usually
less than 20. SO my slow weight loss and stalls have nothing to do
with my carb intake. It would be great if it were only that easy
though. :-) Once I bumped up my calories and protein I started
losing more regularly. I still stall about once every 4-5 days for
up to 4-5 days. I have come to accept that is me. So I am going to
continue to keep an eye on the carbs, but focus on water and
protein. :-P

And I eat the whole grain ones.
