Thanks Sara,
I am really happy with the progress I have made with losing weight
and changing my eatting habits. I am eatting healthier and working
out and that's what I will need to do for the rest of my life if I
want to lose weight and keep it off. I am ready for surgery and I
can't wait until Kaiser schedules my surgery.
