Greg, agreed -- the word "cause" is a bit strong. But I am so addicted to milk
that I must say I have to credit (or discredit?) milk and dairy products as
being
problematical. Cutting out milk changes how I function. It's worth a shot,
just
to see how my body handles different diets. Your mileage may vary. -Zer
