Rules of TOM (Toward Optimum Mindfulness) enhance life. -Zer
http://www.peterwhybrow.com/books/americanmania/tom.html

http://www.peterwhybrow.com/ is the site for a chap I'm hearing
on the radio (not NPRadio, but some late-night or early-morn call
in program, with people from all over asking questions -- Coast
to Coast A.M.?). Peter Whybrow, M.D., is talking about the value
of controlling one's life, one's wants/needs, by taking note of four
things: TIME, TECHNOLOGY, APPETITE and ACTIVITY. When we
control these four things, we live better than if we do not control
these. When we let others control these four things, we feel that
our life is out of control, that we cannot manage our affairs, that
life is about keeping up, running 24/7, never having enough time.

"...a common sense approach to slowing down and managing
TIME, TECHNOLOGY, APPETITE and ACTIVITY by living life to the
fullest in the moment that it is happening."

Gosh, what do you think? Who controls YOUR time, etc.? -Zer
