Hey, ive been reading about this and I dont think I have it, but I
want to make sure. I have a small lump near the bottom of my left
testicle. It's not connected, is very slightly squishy (like skin
almost), and feels more like a bunch of tubes wrapped together so I
dont think it's cancer, but what is it? Should I see a doctor?

This sounds like a Varicocoele ie.dilated blood vessels near the testis.You need
to be examined by a General Surgeon or a Urologist who will then ultrasound your
abdomen and testes to rule out any other disease.Varicocoele alone will need
treatment to prevent subfertility.
